Weight Watchers Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope lime D-Zerta gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 can crushed diet pineapple, drained
    1 c. large curd cottage cheese
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and boiling water and cool throughly.
    In blender, put pineapple, cottage cheese, gelatin and 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice.
    Blend on medium speed until light and fluffy. Pour into mold sprayed with Pam or lightly oiled and let set.
