Cindy Carter'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 stick margarine
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Drain.
Combine soup, sour cream, onions and potatoes.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Melt margarine and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers.
Place on top of casserole and cook 3 minutes or until golden brown.
