Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease and heat a large cast-iron skillet.
    Combine corn meal, salt and baking powder.
    Mix well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into hot greased skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Yield: 10 servings.
