Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    buttered corn flakes
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with jackets on.
    Cool, skin and coarsely grate. Heat margarine with soup; add onion.
    Blend in sour cream, lightly stir in cheese.
    Add to potatoes.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch container.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Sprinkle corn flakes over casserole.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
    Freezes well.
