Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. shredded carrots
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spoon flour in cup and level off.
In medium bowl mix dry ingredients, except sugar.
