Texas Crabgrass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. fresh or frozen cooked crabmeat, flaked
3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Slowly melt butter; add onion and saute.
Add spinach, crab, cheese and sherry and heat thoroughly. Serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
