Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boiled chicken, deboned and cut into bite size pieces
    1 or 2 c. cooked noodles (medium or wide)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    8 mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sherry (cooking)
    1 c. grated mild cheese
    3 c. sauce (made from chicken stock or cream)
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cool.
    Skim off fat.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute pepper and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add to chicken.
    Make sauce (3 cups).
    Add cooking sherry last.
    Pour over chicken, mushrooms and peppers.
