Lenten Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Measure into large mixing bowl the flour, baking soda, cocoa, salt and sugar.
    Add vinegar, vanilla, oil and cold water.
    Mix well.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan which has been oiled or lined with waxed paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Fresh strawberries are also good on top.
