Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour 1 large loaf pan or 4 mini loaf pans.
Mix all ingredients well; pour in pan and bake 1 hour.
Great when sliced and spread with soft cream cheese!
