3 Tbsp. melted butter
4 egg yolks
2 lb. cream cheese

2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
4 egg whites
