Taco Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked beef, julienned
1 tsp. salt
20 whole cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 medium green pepper, cut in thin slices
1 medium avocado, cut in pieces
1 small onion, sliced and ringed
3/4 c. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 medium head lettuce
1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Season beef strips with salt.
Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, green pepper and onion.
Mix
chili sauce, oil, chili powder, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
Add meat and vegetables and toss.
Serve individual portions on bed of lettuce.
Serve corn chips and grated cheese to sprinkle on top.
Makes four to five servings.
