Ingredients

1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped (use only part of green)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. tomato puree
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brandy or ouzo
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 lb. Feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch sq.
Preparation

Pour lemon juice over shrimp and let stand.
In a heavy frying pan, heat oil.
Add onions (green and white) and garlic; saute until limp.
Add tomato puree and wine; simmer 15 minutes.
