Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 to 5 lb. chicken wings (no tips)
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients in Ziploc bag.
    Add washed chicken wings.
    Refrigerate 10 to 12 hours, overnight.
    Turn bag every 4 hours.
    Place wings on a foil covered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; turn to brown opposite side after 1/2 hour.
