Snow Cap Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Granburger
    1 c. hot water
    corn oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded raw carrots
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can sliced green beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 1/2 c. whipped potatoes
Preparation
    Rehydrate Granburger with hot water for 10 minutes.
    Pour a little oil into a Dutch oven.
    Saute the Granburger, onion and carrots in oil until onion is tender.
    Add soup, mushrooms, beans and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Place mixture in a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
    Combine whipped potatoes and remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Spread potato mixture over the Granburger mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
    Serves 6 to 8.
