Picnic Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter, soft
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    10x sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Cream 1/4
    cup\t10x
    sugar
    and
    butter until light and fluffy.
    Add
    1
    cup
    flour
    and
    salt;
    mix well.\tPress into lightly greased
    9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Combine
    eggs, sugar, soda, lemon rind and juice and 2 teaspoons flour.
    Beat well; pour over baked crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with 10x sugar.
    Cool; cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.
