Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced raw potatoes
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter.
    Blend soup and milk; arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup.
    Sprinkle each layer with a little black pepper.
    Sprinkle cheese on top; dot with margarine.
    Sprinkle sparingly with paprika.
    Cover with foil; bake 1 hour.
    Remove foil; bake another 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
