German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes, boiled with skins
8 slices bacon
2 medium onions, diced
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. vinegar
salt to taste
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation

Peel and cube potatoes and put in casserole or heavy bowl.
Fry bacon.
Remove and pat grease dry.
Fry onions in bacon grease until tender, but not brown.
Mix sugar and mustard together.
Add to onions in frypan.
Add beaten eggs and vinegar to onion mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour over potatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
Add bacon and egg slices and mix. Heat in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
