Apple-Acorn Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 acorn squash
2 Rome apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut squash in half lengthwise and scape out seed.
Place cut side down in baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Turn squash cut side up and fill with apple mixture.
Continue baking for 20 minutes or until squash is tender.
