"My Mother'S" Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 medium onion, finely grated
2 c. Mazola oil
juice of 1 lemon
a little garlic or Bleu cheese (if desired)
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Add sugar, paprika and salt to mixture of catsup, vinegar, onion, oil, lemon juice and garlic or Blue cheese; beat in blender or processor.
