Sausage And Eggs Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown and crumble sausage; drain well.
    Place sausage in 9-inch casserole.
    Place bread crumbs on next, then the grated cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk until frothy and pour over entire mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Needs no seasoning.
    Serve with coffee cake and fruit.
    This is easy and has become a holiday tradition for our family.
    This is super for New Year's Eve.
