Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. butter extract (optional)
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time.
    Add extracts and beat.
    Add flour, cocoa and milk alternately.
    Add soda mixed in vinegar.
    Bake in three 1 layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
