Veggie Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower, 1/4-inch carrot slices, 1/2-inch zucchini slices, 1/2-inch strips green or red pepper)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Brush bottom of rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
    Beat egg and water with a fork in a shallow dish.
    Mix flour and salt in another shallow dish.
