Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut and pecans in pan.
Mix confectioners sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Drop by spoonfuls on cake before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
