Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    20 saltines, crushed
    1 large egg, lightly beaten or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/4 tsp. minced onion flakes
    1/8 tsp. parsley flakes
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Butter inside of double boiler. Steam 45 minutes or bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for same amount of time. This can be served with a white sauce, to which a small can of green peas have been added.
