Nancy'S Red Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, skinned and cut up or equivalent parts of your choice (boneless breasts, drumsticks, etc.)
    1 bottle red Russian salad dressing
    8 oz. jar peach or apricot preserves
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Stir sauce ingredients together.
    Spread chicken parts in baking dish and cover with sauce.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
