Pasta-A-La-Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    any leftover pasta
    1 small chopped onion
    2 or 3 small chopped garlic cloves
    1 small shredded carrot
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped sun-dried tomatoes
    any leftover meat, chopped
    any leftover vegetables, chopped
    Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In heavy pan, sprayed with cooking spray, saute onion, carrot and celery until tender.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes, leftover meat, vegetables and garlic.
    Continue to saute until leftovers are warm.
    Add leftover pasta to pan; salt and pepper to taste and heat through.
    (A little extra pepper really makes this taste better.)
    Transfer servings to warm plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
