Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 medium yellow squash
1 pack saltines
1 finely chopped onion
1 large can evaporated milk
salt
pepper
butter or margarine
3 to 4 slices buttered bread
Preparation

Peel and slice squash.
Boil in salt water until soft.
Drain well and mash.
Mix crushed crackers, small finely chopped onion, milk, salt and pepper.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Put dots of butter on top.
Sprinkle on buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
