Honey-Lemon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. honey
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, combine the egg, lemon juice and honey. Cook over low heat while stirring until sauce thickens.
    Blend in salt and pepper. Add in sour cream and mix well.
    Chill for at least 40 minutes before serving.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
