Black Bottoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients well and add 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Beat the next 8 ingredients together; this is the bottom layer.
    Line tassie pans with liners. Fill 1/3 full of bottom layer batter and add 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
    (Best at about 18 minutes.)
    Makes about 65 to 75.
