Green Cabbage With Caraway And Apple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. cabbage, shredded
    2 tart red apples, sliced
    salt
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Add cabbage and cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add apples. Cook a few minutes longer.
    Reduce heat.
    Add salt and caraway seed, cover and cook about 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
