Saucy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. crackers, crushed
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
pepper
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
Preparation

Meat Loaf: Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix beef, onion, egg, tomato sauce, crackers, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and shape into a loaf. (You have to mix it with your hands.) Place in loaf pan or casserole. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Drain grease twice during cooking.
