Corned Beef And Mushroom Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until well browned; cool. Beat corned beef and sour cream until well mixed.
    Add mushroom mixture, mustard, pepper and horseradish.
    Pack in oiled 2 cup mold; chill several hours.
    Unmold and garnish with parsley. Serve with crackers.
