Stir-Fry Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head green cabbage
    1 small bell pepper
    1 large onion
    olive oil
    6 slices bacon
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, add olive oil; fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and crumble. Cut up cabbage; dice onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic. Add all ingredients to leftover bacon drippings and smother fry until cabbage is crispy-tender. Then add crumbled bacon. Serve while hot.
