Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend brown sugar with flour and salt.
    Separate eggs and set aside the whites for meringue.
    Beat yolks and blend with evaporated milk.
    Add to sugar mixture and cook, stirring constantly.
    When thick, remove from heat.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Pour in cooked pie shell.
    Spread meringue on top. Good!
