Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground lamb patties
    2 c. long grain rice, thoroughly washed
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (15 oz.) whole tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix well the ground lamb and the washed rice. Season with salt and pepper and the cinnamon.
    Add the can of tomato sauce and mix well with hands.
    Add two or three of the whole tomatoes which you have squeezed between your hands and some of the tomato juice from the can until the mixture is somewhat soft and pliable.
    Reserve the remaining tomatoes and juice.
