Crabmeat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. sea stix salad style, thawed or crabmeat imitation
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine sea stix or crabmeat imitation and celery in bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and onions. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Chill for 2 hours. Serve on lettuce bed. Makes 4 servings.
