Ham-Broccoli Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or 12 fresh broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced or chopped onion
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices or bits
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices ham
Preparation
    Microwave broccoli until tender. Place margarine in bowl and microwave until hot. Stir flour, horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Add pineapple juice and milk; stir until blended. Add egg and blend. Microwave at Medium-high (70%) until thickened, 3 to 5 minutes depending upon microwave.
