Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and boned
    1 onion
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    1 large bag plain tortilla chips
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
Preparation
    Spread cooked chicken pieces in
    large casserole dish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Place sliced cheese over chicken and onion. Crumble 6 ounces of chips over cheese. Blend Ro-Tel and cream soups and pour over casserole.
    Crumble 6 ounces tortilla chips over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Bake another 15 minutes, uncovered.
