Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 20 oz. can chunk pineapple (unsweetened)
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. water
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. instant grantulated chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken.
Sprinkle salt on; broil until lightly browned.
Turn and brown other side.
Combine remaining ingredients, including pineapple juice, and pour over chicken. Bake in 375 degree oven uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is browned.
