Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 medium eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
    Add 3 eggs; blend well. Add 4 eggs; beat well.
    Add flour, lemon juice and sour cream. Add vanilla last.
    Pour into 11-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake 65 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Do not open oven door.
    Turn oven off and wait 30 minutes with door closed.
    Open door and let sit in oven for 30 minutes.
    Take out and let cool.
    Wait 24 hours before serving.
