Clam Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 scant c. milk
1 pt. ground clams, drained
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. grated onion
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder or 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Pour milk slowly into dry ingredients.
Stir until smooth and fold in eggs.
Add clams.
Drop by spoonful into hot oil.
Fry one side until brown, then turn and do the other side.
