Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large fryer
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
paprika
1 can chicken broth
1 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook chicken and remove bones.
Crumble crackers coarsely and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
Place bite-size chicken over cracker mixture.
Mix sour cream, hot broth and chicken soup until smooth.
Pour over chicken and crackers.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
