Blender Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1 tsp. instant minced onions
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    dash of ground nutmeg
    dairy sour cream
    snipped parsley or chives
Preparation
    Partially thaw broccoli; break in small chunks.
    Place in blender container with 1/2 cup of the milk.
    Blend until broccoli is very fine.
    Add remaining milk, cream, instant minced onions, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Blend until smooth, 45 to 60 seconds.
    Chill thoroughly.
    Serve topped with dollops of dairy sour cream and snipped parsley or chives.
    Serves 4 or 5.
