Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 slices bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Mix beef, crumbs, salt, pepper and onions.
    Shape into patties and brown in skillet.
    Pour mushroom soup mixed with water over patties and simmer 45 minutes.
