Pocket Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 carrots, pared
    4 potatoes, pared
    bell pepper (optional)
    onions (as desired)
    season to taste
Preparation
    Put ground beef (1/4 pound), carrots, potatoes and onions in four individually wrapped heavy-duty foil.
    Bring foil up and over.
    Roll and secure edges so moisture does not escape.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour, or until done.
    Makes four servings.
