Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pan cornbread
    1 pan biscuits
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    2 c. celery sticks, chopped
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    turkey giblets
Preparation
    Cook turkey giblets in approximately 2-quart pan of water. Cut up giblets when cooked.
    Tear cornbread and biscuits in small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour giblet broth over mixture until it holds together well.
    Stuff turkey and cook according to turkey directions.
