Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
4 whole eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil, then sugar.
Mix.
Add rest of dry ingredients.
Fold in carrots.
Pour into angel food-type cake pan.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
