Peanut Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, baked
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
    2/3 c. chopped, dry roasted and salt free peanuts
Preparation
    Press half of the ice cream into crust.
    In small bowl, stir corn syrup and peanut butter until well blended.
    Pour half of the mixture over ice cream.
    Sprinkle with half the nuts; repeat layering.
    Freeze until firm, about 5 hours.
    Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes for easy cutting.
    Serves 10.
