Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper
    celery flakes
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Cook chicken in enough water to cover to make broth.
    When chicken is well cooked, remove meat from bone, cut up fine and add back into broth.
    Mix flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg; add enough milk to make 3/4 cup. Stir into flour mixture.
    With 1/2 of dough at a time, roll out like pie dough, only thinner.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
    Drop in boiling chicken broth.
    Cook 15 minutes and serve.
