Mexican Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. taco mix
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes, cut in half.
    Cut each half into 4 wedges. Microwave butter in 8 x 12-inch pan 45 seconds.
    Mix in cheese and seasonings.
    Coat wedges and place wedge side up in dish; cover and microwave 12 to 14 minutes or until tender.
    Rotate dish halfway through cooking.
